Written By Unknown on Saturday, June 29, 2013 | 4:50 AM

ASP net students participate in the celebration of international days. This is the time when students get the opportunity of sharing their ideas with others and also it is the way of presenting their views to the society.  Here below is a photo showing participants of the International day for the Child of Africa during the celebration of the “African Child Day”. It was the day of celebration and participation in children issues. The other picture shows the ASP-net primary school students conveying their views through the poster they have carried on the African Child Day.
The preparation of the day was facilitated by the Municipal Council. Many children from different schools gathered together for a walk towards an open ground for celebration. It was a long journey; they sang songs and brass bands from Bima area to Mashujaa ground for them not to be exhausted.

In the evening, participants managed to visit patients at Ligula Hospital. It was a charity visit to people in the wards especially the children ward. At night they prepared themselves for the closing party to be held on the following day whereby children participated in dancing, singing music, eating meals, charting and watching football (World Cup) through the TV.
